Where is my order?

To get the current status of your order, simply log in to your account and select the order you wish to track. Or you can contact us using the contact form at the bottom of this page or by emailing support@norrom.com.

What if I miss a delivery?

If you are out and the courier is unable to leave the package securely, the courier will leave a note letting you know how to arrange a redelivery or pick-up. If you are unsure if a delivery has been attempted, you can track your order by logging in to your account and selecting the relevant order. Or get in touch by using the contact form at the bottom of this page or by emailing support@norrom.com.

How is my order being shipped?

All orders in the UK and across the EU are shipped directly from our fulfillment centres in the UK via special courier. Some items may be shipped separately, depending on their dispatch location. For more information about shipping, check out our shipping information page.

Can I modify or cancel or my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can modify or cancel your order by using the contact form at the bottom of this page or by emailing support@norrom.com with your request. Please be sure to quote your order number, which was sent to you in your order confirmation email.

How do I return an incorrect or faulty item?

If an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when you receive it, please contact us directly as soon as possible so that we can arrange a convenient and speedy resolution. Please be sure to quote your order number, which was sent to you in your order confirmation email.

What are my rights as a consumer?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa debit and Visa credit cards, MasterCard, American Express, and in some cases ‘buy now pay later’. Unfortunately we are unable to accept BACS payments, cash on delivery or cheques.
