Took 2 days to arrive which seemed quick! Set up in half an hour, a bit fiddly for me. Have had it for 3 months now and it still looks great. Will be ordering another for my sister who hates her biorb.

We chose this aquarium because we wanted something a bit different and we have owned a couple of Biorbs in the past and been very disappointed with them. The Norom aquarium is noticeably better quality allround which you notice as soon as you take it out the box. The acrylic is thick and solid and the lid and stand have an exclusive touch. You can definitely tell it’s a premium aquarium compared to our old Biorbs.

We purchased the Norrom Aquarium because we finally got fed up with our old noisy Biorb that always seemed to get dirty and we wanted to go ‘up market’ somewhat. The Norrom Aquarium did not disappoint us atall and was well worth every penny spent. The design is awesome, the wood effect is very elegant and the large cylinder is impressive. The aquarium comes with a fairly generous starter pack, and setup takes no more than half an hour. Michael at Norrom was very helpful arranging a specific delivery date so we could make sure we were in. We are delighted to have found Norrom and to have one of their aquariums displayed proudly in our lounge. Thank you!

Ordered two of these for teh office a couple of months ago and happy that I did as literally everyone who has visited has commented about them. The olivewood and zebrano woods look nice, and we will be swapping over to the dark mahogany soon when we move them to the lobby which should look very cool alongside the dark furniture.

Overall this was a 4-star purchase. WHY? Because the product is virtually perfect, looks gorgeous (with zebrano wood) in our brand new kitchen and took no time to set up, but the delivery company is utterly clueless and in the end I had to call a very rude sounding woman at Parcelforce to arrange a redelivery and they had no estimate of what time it would arrive on the chosen day!!!
